Manifesto Berlin will be the fourth and largest food hub from American entrepreneur and architect Martin Barry and his partner Hollie Lin, who founded the brand in Prague in 2018. The Berlin project marks the beginning of the multi-awarded brand’s international expansion and will be the largest food hub of its kind in continental Europe.

Manifesto Potsdamer Platz will offer a curated selection of 22 restaurants from around the world, 2 bars, one speakeasy, a stage with an amphitheatre and 750 seats on two floors. Offering cuisines from far Asia to South America, it will be a 365/7 destination for events, cooking shows, music and fun.

Jan Mönkedieck, the newly appointed General Manager at Manifesto Market Berlin who brings in an impressive 30-year career in the hospitality industry in numerous establishments in Europe, Asia, North Africa and the Middle East, explains what the future visitors can expect. “When I heard about the unique restaurant concept, I was quickly convinced. Manifesto Market brings together the best cuisines and exciting restaurateurs in one vibrant food hub, creating unforgettable experiences for visitors. Manifesto is all about creating togetherness, enjoyment and well-being. And nothing brings people together better than good food and a welcoming atmosphere.”

SteadWay is providing Cost Management services to Manifesto on this exciting new food hub in the heart of Berlin. Commenting on the project, David Lees, CEO at SteadWay stated, “It is particularly pleasing to be supporting Manifesto on its fourth location to date. Manifesto’s mission to transform ordinary places into unique experiences mirrors SteadWay’s aspiration to be associated with regeneration hospitality projects, which contribute to customer experience, design and sustainable operations”.
