The Office Group (TOG) opens its first German co-working office in Berlin

The British flexible workspace provider TOG (The Office Group) has opened its first building in Germany. ‘Kontorhaus’ is located on Friedrichstraße / Kronenstraße in the heart of the central Mitte district in Berlin.

TOG’s first location in the German capital offers 4,300 m² of office space over six floors of this historic and unique building. In addition to a large number of workspaces, ranging from private customisable offices and meeting rooms with plenty of natural light, to entire self-contained floors, the building also offers TOG members state of the art conference facilities, focus booths, informal lounges, fully stocked showers and changing rooms.

SteadWay acted as Project and Cost Manager for the complete expansion of the workspace and continues to support TOG who are due to open further buildings in Berlin, Frankfurt and Hamburg.
