Fostering young talent at SteadWay

At SteadWay we are committed to offering students the opportunity to gain valuable work experience on live construction projects. Last year we increased our junior team to a total of three students – Antonia Wolf, Paula Görler and Hannah Frederking (from left to right in the photo above) are all combining their studies with part-time work at SteadWay.

We know how important well-trained professionals are to the future of SteadWay as well as the construction industry in general and that is why we aim to give our students a varied learning environment. By supporting our project teams they gain an insight into the workings of their future profession.

Linn Sonder, Associate Director comments: “I’m especially delighted that more and more young women are interested in construction. At SteadWay we want to make sure that the next generation of women can find out for themselves how exciting this industry can be for them!”

Paula confirms: “It’s a unique opportunity for me to gain insight into the industry while still carrying on with my studies. I’m learning to back theory with practical experience here and I’m looking forward to more exciting years at SteadWay.”
