TDD Manager wanted

at SteadWay to strengthen our TDD management team

SteadWay is an established company for international construction and property consulting based in Berlin.
As an international consultant, we mainly manage and oversee projects in Germany, but also in Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands.
We offer a range of project and cost management services that are individually adapted to our clients and to the project requirements. Our services cover new build construction and fit-out projects in the commercial, retail, hospitality and leisure sectors.

For our office in Berlin we are looking for a TDD Manager at the earliest possible convenience!

What awaits you at SteadWay:

  • You are familiar with the technical valuation of properties and the purchase/sale process

  • You support the senior colleagues in the following tasks

  • Organising and carrying out technical property inspections

  • Examination and evaluation of property documents with regard to technical expert opinions, building and planning law as well as general operation and maintenance.

  • Preparation of technical reports, including cost estimates

  • Presentation and discussion of the examination results with the client

  • Carrying out project monitoring of properties in the planning and/or development phase.

  • Management of expansion and construction projects in various industries.

  • Leadership and coordination of all project participants

  • Negotiating with construction companies when awarding contracts and participating in the tendering process

  • Analysis, control and mitigation of project risks

  • Ensuring the quality and timely implementation of the project

What you bring to SteadWay:

  • You have completed your studies as an architect, engineer, project manager, MBA or real estate economist
  • You have professional experience in TDD and project management in the German construction industry
  • You are business fluent in German and confident in English in your professional life
  • You appear confident and can represent the company well
  • You are an independent and structured team player
