SiNN / ZARA stores reopen following renovation at Westfield Centro Oberhausen

SiNN and ZARA reopened new stores after completion of a 12-month repositioning project within the Westfield Centro in Oberhausen.

Westfield Centro, which represents one of the largest and most visited retail destinations in Germany underwent a major transformation which involved reclaiming and renovating part of the existing mall to create 2 new stores for anchor tenants. The new ZARA flagship store is now its largest in Germany. Located on the ground floor, the new unit provides ZARA with 3.300 m² of retail space and strengthens the overall retail mix in the shopping centre. The newly refurbished SiNN store directly above on the first floor is also now open offering an enhanced appeal and customer experience.

SteadWay provided project monitoring services to CPPIB and liaised closely with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield throughout the development to help ensure this complex project was delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
