SteadWay celebrates Employee Loyalty

SteadWay held a Loyalty Award Ceremony in its Berlin office on 28. February 2025 to honour dedicated employees for their years of service and commitment to the company. The event brought together colleagues and company leaders to celebrate the achievements of outstanding team members who have reached significant career milestones.

The SteadWay Loyalty Award recognizes employees who have dedicated over 2.5 years (Bronze), 5 years (Silver) or 10 years (Gold) to the company. The recipients received Bronze, Silver and Gold statue awards as a testament to their hard work and long-term dedication.

The ceremony featured a celebratory reception and personalized awards, including gift vouchers to the recipients followed by a lunch for all SteadWay employees attending the event. Yasmin El-Salahat, Office Manager comments, “These awards are a mark of appreciation and recognition for all employees, reinforcing SteadWay’s commitment to fostering a positive and rewarding work environment.”
