David Lees

CEO

David has accumulated over 30 years of property and construction consulting experience across Europe. He has been based in Germany since 1991 working as a Project and Cost Manager and has also acted as a client representative on numerous projects. David set up Gardiner & Theobald's Berlin office in 2006 and represented the practice for 10 years as a Partner and the Country Manager for Germany and Switzerland. Prior to this, he managed his own practice in Germany. David started his career with Wilson Large + Partners in England. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and has a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying. He is a native English speaker and fluent in German.

Paul Ndi

Paul Ndi

Managing Director

Paul has been based in Germany since 1989 and has over 21 years of construction and property consulting experience, working initially as an architect and university lecturer and later as a Project and Cost Manager. He was previously a head of office for AOS Group / Colliers International and managed their Berlin office. Paul holds an MBA from the ESCP Europe and a Certificate of Leading Innovation from Red McCombs School of Business, Texas. He originally qualified as an Architect at the Technische Universität Darmstadt, Germany, and is a member of the German Chamber of Architects. He is fluent in English, German and French.

Marcel Gallinge

Director

Marcel has been delivering construction projects initially as an Architect and later as a Project Manager for over 21 years. He has gained solid experience working on projects throughout Germany and in England, Northern Ireland and Australia. He previously worked for the asset and property management company Estama Real Estate Management and prior to that he managed his own architectural practice based in Berlin. Marcel originally qualified as an Architect at the Beuth Hochschule für Technik Berlin, Germany, and is a member of the German Chamber of Architects. He is fluent in German and English.

Linn Sonder

Director

Linn has 15 years of project management experience in the German construction industry, working earlier in her career at DU Diedrichs and later at Arcadis before joining SteadWay in 2015. She has worked on projects throughout Germany and has particular experience in the hospitality and leisure sectors. Linn originally studied both Architecture (BSc) in Berlin and Project Management (MSc with distinction) in Manchester. She is fluent in English, German and French.

Liam Ganner

Associate Director

Liam has over 15 years of experience working as a Cost Manager on numerous construction projects. He has been based in Germany since 2011, but started his career as a Quantity Surveyor with the Contractor, P. Elliott & Co., in Ireland and he later worked at Arcadis before joining SteadWay in 2014. Liam has accumulated a broad portfolio of experience cost managing a wide range of projects across multiple asset classes throughout Ireland, England and in Germany. He has BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and is a native English speaker and fluent in German.
