Rhein-Ruhr-Zentrum Shopping Center in Mülheim to be extensively renovated

Following the purchase of the Rhein-Ruhr-Zentrum in Mülheim last year the investors, Eurofund Group from Spain and Signal Capital Partners from England have announced plans to radically re-build and extensively renovate the property over the next 3 years. €180 million will be invested in the remodelling of the existing shopping center which currently consists of approximately 70.000 m² of gross lettable space.

SteadWay has been commissioned by the investor to act as Project & Cost Manager for the refurbishment. Commenting on the appointment, David Lees, CEO of SteadWay stated, “We are delighted to have been selected by Eurofund and Signal Capital to work on this major revitalisation of the RRZ.
