Renovation of LA Café at InterContinental Hotel in Berlin completed

IHG (InterContinental Hotel Group) has completed an extensive renovation of the LA Café at the InterContinental Hotel in Berlin.

The transformation of the café area took place over a 6-month period. The goal was to modernize the iconic breakfast space while enhancing its elegance and functionality – all while preserving its inviting atmosphere. The newly refurbished LA Café is now open, welcoming guests to a revitalized breakfast experience in a beautifully updated setting.

SteadWay acted as Project and Cost Manager for the renovation. “This project was a true collaboration and we are proud of the outcome,” commented Andrea Hoffmann, Senior Cost Manager. “The challenge was to modernize the space while maintaining its unique character and we are pleased to have created a refreshed yet familiar experience for the guests.”
