H9 residential development in Berlin completed

The H9 residential development has been completed in the popular Berlin district of Schöneberg. The modern new building constructed closes a long-standing gap in the urban fabric and represents an important contribution to the enhancement of this highly desirable residential neighbourhood.

The new 6-storey building comprises 24 high quality apartments with a total living space of approximately 2,300 m². The project also houses a commercial unit on the ground floor and an underground garage provides car parking spaces, including two designated for electric vehicles.

SteadWay acted as Project Manager and was responsible for coordinating the development through to completion.
