SteadWay completes fit-out for Tech Giant in Frankfurt am Main

The fit-out of new office space for a major tech company on the 24th floor of Global Tower in Frankfurt am Main has been completed.

The project focused on creating high-quality meeting and collaboration spaces, including areas designed for interaction with external partners. Covering a total of 1,100 m², the space features a representative reception area with an integrated event kitchen for on-site catering, as well as a tech talk space accommodating up to 90 guests and equipped with state-of-the-art AV and VC systems. Seven large meeting rooms and four huddle rooms were developed to support different communication needs, complemented by an office area with twelve fully equipped workstations. To encourage informal exchange, the design also incorporates a dedicated coffee corner and several open get-together zones.

SteadWay provided project management services from the early design stage until completion. Commenting on the successful handover of the new space, Lorena Aguilera, Senior Project Manager at SteadWay, noted, “We created an environment on the 24th floor which combined a functional quality with technological precision – and I think we achieved a space where people can genuinely connect.”
